Thunderbird Senior Living

I had the pleasure and privilege of visiting this facility and meeting with Alison McCool; Sales & Marketing Director in Thunderbird Senior Living. When I made my first call, Alison was prompt to respond and emailed me some links and, Spotlight; a resource guide for senior services and living options as well as mailed me the hard copy of that resource! When I arrived at the Lobby for my appointment, Alison had rolled out almost the red carpet welcome and planned a very personal warm reception for me that my mouth just dropped and I was pleasantly surprised. Alison also had prepared a brochure with al the information I need and took me on a facility tour. The first thing I noticed is the warmth and the community friendly atmosphere that permeates especially with so many residents talking, visiting and happily enjoying themselves. I could see how Alison had established resident relationships and connected personally with them as she had with me personally with that personal tough and with caring! I have visited numerous wonderful facilities but none as inviting and warm!

I worked in dietary for 4 days was nasty I didn’t like that no one would ware gloves when touching ready to eat food I like the people very lovely and sweet people but when I told some of the workers they should be wearing gloves when serving ready to eat food they started giving me problems so I decided it wasn’t a good place for me and after I seen the manager do it her self I was done I was never paid for my days I worked I would ever recommend they place for employment

Thunderbird senior living is my home away from home! It is my pleasure to spend my days there working with fantastic people and bringing joy to our residents! Thunderbird is best described in one word and that is family! Everywhere you turn you meet a wonderful person! Thank you Family from Thunderbird for making my life that much richer!!

I am honored to work with numerous senior living communities, and Thunderbird Senior Living is one of my favorites! Just walking through the lobby doors, the warmth exudes throughout the building! The residents are happy, and that speaks volumes of teams working together! The Skilled Nursing staff provides excellent, professional and specialized care. I have experienced how quickly they swing into action meet the needs of the residents. The Independent living staff goes out of their way to ensure the residents are comfortable, active, safe and having fun. One of the most memorable events is the Veterans Day celebration. Thunderbird Senior Living is the epitome of premier senior living in the Valley.
