My house flooded due to a pipe busting in the bathroom and this company was there for me at midnight. The entire team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me through a very difficult time. Everyone on the team went above and beyond for my family during this time. I highly recommend them!!!! If there were more than 5 stars to give, I'd have done so. 2 days before we were having guests in from out of town for my grandsons birthday, I walked out side and saw water coming from under the garage door.....never a good sign....YES....the water heater decided to go on us. Steve and Emergency Flood Tea, to the rescue!! From the get go, Steve and his crews were amazing! Anytime you need a flood service, emotions are high. Arrianna started things of understanding and compassionate to the situation and assured us help was on the way. Within an hour or two, the first crew was there to start the clean-up and drying process. Since we were having guests that weekend, we weren't able to have the water heater removed to let the spot dry out before the new one went in. Thanks to having a true industry professional in Steve Richardson, he had the right equipment and skill set for his teams to be able to properly dry out the area with the new water heater in place. Thanks to Emergency Flood Team, we were still able to have our grandsons 2nd birthday party at home and our guests had no idea we had an issue. We can't thank Steve and Emergency Flood Team enough!!

Where do I start Emergency flood team is absolutely fantastic. Lets start with the team that comes out to assess the damage does all due diligence to ensure that they can identify the problem and be way to remediate. When they come out to check status they explain what is taking place. The office admin Ari is fantastic and keeps you updated on the next steps. I was able to connect with the owner Steve after the initial consultation and he was able to walk me through the best options to remediate the issue. The company is an advocate for you if you need through your insurance company. This is my second time dealing with the company and in the future if I need any services they will be my first option and should be yours as well Services: Flood restoration, Mold inspection, Flood cleanup, Water removal

Active long term water leak from above inside shared bath/kitchen wall. Wet, black mold. Flood Team removed affected wall material, dried framing, killed mold, cleaned framing, disinfected framing, and removed all removable impacted materials for disposal. Greg and team did an excellent job, and left condo as clean as possible. Services: Mold inspection, Mold mitigation, Mold remediation, Water damage-related mold removal, Mold damage restoration
