State 48 Roofing

Had a small leak. TJ and the gang got it handled. Roof is about 10 years old and had some other trouble areas. Got a bunch of quotes but the State 48 quote made the most sense (good photos and videos to show the problem) and we have been happy so far!

Lets cut to the chase here and mention that this whole experience was STRESS-FREE! After working with State 48 Roofing expert Eric V. on an assessment & quoting, we happily had part of our roof replaced by State 48 in March 2024. The overall quality experience was smooth, informative, quick, communicative, and not one single surprise when it came to the finished product or final invoice. Everything was just as communicated. From start to finish, State 48 Roofing exceeded our expections. They responded quickly to our initial inquiry for a roofing inspection and estimate while other companies that we messaged never responded. We initially dealt with Cam Stansberry and he was extremely personable and professional, communicating in a very timely manner and answering all our questions, never making us feel hurried in our decision. After Cam, Shannon in the office was also a delight to work with, again communicating in a very timely manner and returning calls and/or texts quickly, even while she was at the airport waiting for a flight!! The crew who did the work on the roof were extremely hard working and did an amazing job finishing our roofing project in just 2 days, leaving no trace behind in our yard (nails, debris, etc) that they had ever been there. They were supervised by Mike who kept in constant contact with us while the work was being done and kept us in the loop with any issues that arose, which in actuality was only 1 problem with a certain material for our 20 year old roof that was no longer manufactured in the color we selected. A very satisfactory resolution was reached in a very timely manner! Overall, our experience with State 48 Roofing was nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence sets them apart. We highly recommend State 48 Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services you won't be disappointed!

State 48 Roofing did the job to my satisfaction. Provided excellent service from start, during, and as they finished. They have fair prices verses the competition; I will definitely recommend to those in need of repair or replacements.
