Posts that they have a property available for a price that's reasonable, then states that they don't have that property, to then visit their website. I visit their website, and that same property is listed as available, the only other property that's available to rent is about $400 more than the one that I called about, so this really comes across as some catch 22 nonsense that these companies pull. Very annoying, either update your stuff properly, or stop with the misleading advertising. People will rent regardless, the valley has the market for it, but you'll drive more people away than you'll pull in if you utilize deception when it comes to marketing practices.

All these reviews are from property owners this company screws people out of their deposits ($6000.00) even when their is no cost to them, we want people to know that they hurt really good people who helped them find a new Tennant to their rental property and paid to market the property. A new tennat was found in 72 hours and signed the agreement. They are greedy and said we could have bee. Charged more when no cost or liquidated damaged was encurred on their part whatsoever. BEWARE THEY put No escape clause in their lease agreements so you have no choice but to pay them. Beware renting from these people they will also charge you what they call a "redecorating " fee ($2395.00) if your credit is not where they want it , and you will be told verbally that you would get that fee back, but in writing you wont and, which is just extortion, also they do not take care of anything that is not deemed in the lease agreement, or a major appliance that comes with the home so if you have birds or pests that were already there before moving in everything is all on you. We also had a toilet issue where the toilets would not flush everything down , a plumber came and said the air pipe was clogged and he would notify the property management ABOUT THE ISSUE. AFTER CONTACTING THEM TWICE THEY DID NOTHING AND WE DELT WITH FECAL MATTER LEFT IN THE TOILET EVERY DAY WE LIVED IN THE PROPERTY, EVEN WHEN FLUSHING TWO TO THREE TIMES also causing a higher utility bill because of extra water ussage. Beware of companies like this praying on good people especially during these times.
