I had used Hanger for over 20 years in several locations in several states. The Gilbert, AZ location is the worse. The receptionist is terribly rude and unhelpful. The last brace they built for me has never been comfortable. They continued to make adjustments but to no avail. It just should have been rebuilt, but that was never offered. Even another company inspected it and said it wasnt right. Im taking my business elsewhere.

They were all super friendly and made us feel welcomed. The receptionist was awesome each time we came in and always acknowledged our son, who was the reason we were going. I highly recommend it.

Receptionist is rude, passive aggressive and condescending. David , the prosthetics guy was awesome and showed true professionalism. I recommend that receptionist be fired and get a job stocking shelves at a discount store. She truly earned the title of B. Had we known she was so terrible we would have gone to OrthoAZ prosthetics

We have been going to this Hanger location in Gilbert for over a year and we could not be happier with the quality of care and professionalism of the staff. Specifically, Jeff Nemeth has gone out of his way to make our daughter feel comfortable, going above and beyond to help us with referrals. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful, very prompt with answering questions and returning phone calls. Excellent work
