Disappointing Experience at Stellar 66 I had high expectations for this place, given its the ambiance it promotes. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here's a breakdown of where things fell short: Overpriced and Underwhelming Portions: The most glaring issue was the pricing. For instance, the Beijing duck was tagged at a staggering $90, which is exorbitant by any standard. This wasn't an isolated case; every item on the menu appeared to be marked up by about 40%, which would have been somewhat justifiable if the portions were generous. Unfortunately, they were the exact opposite. The small servings were a disappointment, especially considering the premium prices. Mismatched Aesthetics: The interior decor of the restaurant promises an authentic and luxurious dining experience. However, this promise falls apart at the details. The furnishings clashed with the decorations and tableware, creating a disjointed dining atmosphere. A particularly noticeable letdown were the chopsticks, which were surprisingly cheap and felt out of place in what seemed to aim for a higher-end dining experience. Service Left Much to Be Desired: The service was the final nail in the coffin. Staff appeared to be confused and undertrained, lacking basic knowledge about the menu and proper service etiquette. This significantly detracted from the overall dining experience, making it feel less like a night out and more like a chore. In summary, this new fancy Chinese restaurant was a letdown. While I wanted to enjoy my dining experience, the overpriced menu, small portions, mismatched decor, and poor service made it difficult. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback to heart and considers making the necessary adjustments to align their prices with the value offered and to improve their service standard. This is a new Chinese restaurant with a nice interior. We tried several dishes and I highly recommend the Peking Duck and frog hot potThey taste really good and authentic. It's worth coming back next time

We live 2 mins away from this restaurant, been waiting for them to open for a long time! Love their Peking duck performance and the specialty cocktails. Will come back soon!
