Get EVERYTHING that he tells you IN WRITING. 14264 S Baniff Ln., Az City Deal wasn't transparent. Unsatisfied with our real estate experience. We didn't receive our SPDS within 3 days. Asked for it every day. Property was listed without pertinent information regarding leaky roof, electrical, and plumbing problems. Also, we were informed that the sellers would make concessions. That was not the reality.

Erik was awesome to work with on the sale of our home. He gave us a flat rate for his commission, but still offered the full suite of listing agent services. His networking and marketing worked out perfectly for us--he had us a buyer before the listing even hit the MLS.
