Potbelly

Ordered an Avocado -turkey sandwich. It was very bland and you would think for $13.29 you would actually be able to taste the avocado. There was the smallest bit of avocado in it. I had to dig through the sandwich to see if there was even any avocado on it.

I have usually had a pretty good experience at Potbelly. This particular visit I had found some plastic baked into my sandwich which really freaked me out. They said it was from the ham packaging. I returned it and they made another and offered me a free drink for my troubles which I declined because I felt like I should have been offered something other than just a fountain drink. I don't think I will be returning. Anyway, make sure you are checking over your food guys!

Good food, good service, good prices. Got the Italian loaded with all the sides, excellent.

Standing in the store right now. 2 decent size catering orders got mixed up and now both parties are at least 30 minutes late to their engagements. Stores answer was to spend 15 minutes trying to call the person who took the wrong order rather than just make it right. Its a shame, I love potbellys and wont give up on them as a whole, but I will not be visiting this location again

I had the Mediterranean skinny. They didnt remove the bread from the skinny, and I had virtually no chicken. Also, the noise in the restaurant is crazy, couldnt even hear ourselves think.
