Referred to Robyn and Linda two days before I had to return to Illinois. From the first conversation, my impression was that Linda knew what she was doing, and we were of the same mind about selling my house. There was an ease of communication and trust from start to finish. They love what they do and it showed every step of the way! To say that this dynamic team picked up the slack is an understatement. They did a great job of light staging, thanks to Linda's experience as an interior designer. The staging had punch while keeping in line with a tasteful renovation. At Robyn's suggestion we led the photos with shots of the kitchen, instead of the usual exterior shots. I think it made all the difference because the first open house produced the highest numbers of any time I placed it on the market. We got an offer, a cash offer and closed 3 weeks later. Because I was ill during this entire process, Linda and Robyn happily returned things for me: to the library, Goodwill and a few other places. Exceptional service. Genuine concern for my health. Because they hadn't heard from me for a few days, Linda called to check. She told me to go to the doctor and it was a good thing I did. Robyn deserves a paragragh of her own. When it came to the legalese and paperwork her instruction was clear, concise and thorough. Someone might say she was just doing her job. And she was, with exceptional aplomb. I was usually talking to Robyn for the negoition part of the process. She was honest, accurate in her assessment of the prospective buyers and positive. My gratitude to Linda and Robyn reaches oceanic proportions, all with cause. I wanted to avoid all the cliched adjectives in this review: they are great, they are nice, and warm hearted. In the process of selling my house I interviewed countless realtors, they love their work more than any realtor I have met.

My wife and I hit the jack pot when we worked with the RE/MAX mother-daughter team of Linda Wyse and Robyn Vise. We have worked with other realtors to find a vacation home in AZ and no one compared to these two. They listened to our needs and wants and were truly interested in our vision. They handled every detail efficiently and flawlessly and gave us excellent advice every step of the way. Compared to other times when house hunting was frustrating and exhausting, this time we had so much fun and found what we were looking for. We decided to renovate and they have helped us find contractors and vendors and are helping us pull this all together. Although we live in Iowa, they are over-seeing this project and continue to communicate about every step of the project. Linda and Robyn have gone above and beyond in every way possible. We now have a wonderful new home and two great new friends. We highly recommend that you consider this team for your real estate needs!

I am constantly on the search for properties and I highly recommend the Mother Daughter Agent team of Linda and Robyn. They act as my buying and selling agents and are highly effective in both roles. They are a pleasure to work with, are excellent negotiators, are patient and willing to submit offers on multiple properties, understand the unique needs of an investor and have numerous associations/contacts that can help any home buyer with their remodel needs. They are especially educated and trained in running comps on a property which is invaluable information when analyzing a property for purchase and/or determining the right sale price for a property. They answer every call or email and their professionalism and knowledge is greatly appreciated. Our relationship is on-going, and I cant thank them enough for all their hard work, dedication and the time they spend assisting me with locating properties.
