Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Absolutely the worst insurance company in the world! They will promise you a great rate to sign you up but then comes the extra charges in which they will not remove. Do not trust Progressive Insurance, they will screw you over and over. They are like Roaches and will sneak in and consume your money guaranteed!

Progressive makes sure you pay up on time but is the worst on resolving an issue plus no communication on my claim took 40 days to resolve my claim. Every rep I spoke with said they apologize for taking so long and should of been resolved within 2 weeks of incident . Plus when the adjuster came out , he was rude started making comments as if I was lying! when there is clearly a police report!

This Progressive Location does not have Insurance Agents. This location is a Training Facility for Progressive Staff.

We chose progressive once we got our motorcycle because they offered discounts to those who completed the motorcycle safety course (team AZ). Once finished and almost $400 later for the course we were told we get to save a whole $1.70 for the year. Not impressed at all.
