Jason Davis: Allstate Insurance

I have only had positive experiences when dealing with this agency. I can always call with a question and it always gets answered. When I purchased my last car Jason made sure he searched for all options to keep my payments within my current amount I was already paying. I appreciate the words of encouragement that are sent out. I also appreciate the continued effort that is put into looking for ways to provide more coverage at a reasonable cost. What I like about Allstate is that they reward those who have safe driving records and are trying to do the right thing. Thanks Allstate team!

Working with Jason and Aimee was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I had requested a quote on home owners insurance and was given a quote that was competitive. When I told them I wanted to move forward, Aimee called and stated if would be higher because I didn't go with the car insurance. Even tho the home owners wasn't with the same company. Then later Jason called and said the policy would not cover water damage. Wow! I told them to go ahead with the policy then found out weeks latter they never submitted the policy. Left me uninsured. I suggest you stay away from these people. They are not here to help you and they don't know what they are doing.

Jason is always willing to help and answer questions when needed. I call and if he is not available he will email me or call me back within the hour. I used to have USAA and I'm glad I switched. They are a great company and all, but can't beat having your own agent! Jason and his office are great!!

I would give this agent less than 1 star if the website allowed it. We started with Allstate when Jim Heffernan ran this office. We found him and his wife to offer superb service, but after Jim retired, the service declined and we left a few years ago. We came back to try again a year or so ago and I was surprised at some of the practices I saw going on with this agency. They beat the competition's quotes by adding discounts we should not have been entitled to. I found they got more expensive with each renewal and I was unable to obtain the proper coverage needed when I requested it as appraisals were required. Overall you might save a little starting out with them, but it's not cheaper because they like you. Told experts would call me back and then there was no follow up. I was quoted premiums that were not accurate. When I cancelled my homeowners policy it was cancelled a day earlier than I requested. My suggestion is do yourself a favor and steer clear.
