Max has continued to be top of mind for insurance. He is fully staffed, which means someone will be there to answer your calls and help you with policy questions. I definitely recommend this agent . State Farm is a big name, but picking the right agent is extremely important. You won't be disappointed.

Had originally given a 5 star review because it had been a smooth ride but that must have been because I never actually needed anything. Now that I do need help from the office its been difficult to get anything processed correctly. Since December (we are now starting March) I have been trying to have a simple coverage change and it is STILL WRONG. Ive called a few times and emailed the agent directly but for some reason the request is still not correct despite my multiple attempts. That aside, most recently I called in to make a payment and the staff took the funds from a completely different card that I did not authorize- even after I read back the card number twice. I totally understand that we are human and mistakes happen but at some point it does get a little frustrating because at the end of the the day its my finances that are being impacted.
