    My experience with Lisa F.. of the Gilbert office was the worst Ive ever encountered in the medical profession. Her behavior is appalling, manipulative and downright deceitful. Her focus is on money and not the care of the patient. My mother was under her care and needed a pluerx drain attended 3 times a week. She took it upon herself to get the order written to two times a week without consulting my moms pulmonologist or her family. She did this to save money because the drains are expensive. My mother suffered shortness of breath and ended up in the emergency room 2 times in one week. Then had the nerve to tell me that my mom had anxiety. My mother was never diagnosed with anxiety disorder, but then it mysteriously appeared in her records from that facility. There is no record of that before then. My mother got anxious when she couldnt BREATHE. When I reached out to her to change the order, she led me to believe that she would. Instead she told the PCP that the family was taking over, which was a flat out lie and discontinued the service with a 3 day notice to me to find a new provider. When I reached out to the PCP, they had no record of her discontinuing the service. Her communication skills are non existent. She also bragged about firing a nurse that we knew from another provider, which I thought was unprofessional for someone in her position. I reached out to the HR department to see if this was a common practice and they assured me that it wasnt. I certainly hope that no one else suffers the same distress I experienced.

    This has been the worst home care agency Ive ever endured. And Ive been in the nursing field for over 40 years even owning group homes and have delt with many home care agencies. I never thought it would turn out this way when it came to my mothers needs. If you acept a patient knowing patients ins. I never expected a nursing supervisor Lisa to say well your mom has Cigna and I ordered supplies that my mother pays for and in meanwhile we cant bring any supplies because were losing money I couldnt believe my ears. Only reason why we didnt change services is because mom loved Alex the P. T. Had to change nurse first off after so much tension as she said she was tired as going to school. Then she leaves a box of gloves here next time she is taking the box of gloves. My training states once in patients home your not to remove as their contaminated Than nurse than was taking the wound cleaner for cleaning moms wounds. Asked why she is taking it. She said that is used on all her patients I need this. Again bringing anything inside a patients home must stay as its considered contaminated. Lisa supervisor said nurse will text me day before with eta visit that never happened. So much my mother has been thru let alone me. Now her gold necklace is gone!! My dad paid over 1700 for it over 40 years ago. This is AWFUL!! Stay clear of this place or they will try to flip issue on u or who know what.
