Worthless, rosemary yelled at me over the phone because Angie from the front office gave me the wrong information. Rosemary said Angie should have referred me to her (rosemary). How is that my fault? Then the assisting hands company dropped me as a client. So that's what this company will do. Drop you as needed... leaving you high and dry. Dosent seem like they give a care to me. Further more, I was using this company for roughly 6 months and never once added tasks for my caregiver. But they cut me loose stating I didn't take out the garbage. I'm in a wheel chair, hello?!? Part of the reason I needed care. All I'm saying people is please exhaust every "other " possible option before you call this place to care for you or your loved ones. They are only in it for your cash. Not the care.

Unreliable and unprofessional and if Arizona licensed these companies, this company should NEVER be licensed. First, they sent out people who belonged in mental institutions. Two of the 3 people sent out over a 3 month period were on psych meds. Then, they did not show up when it was inconvenience for them----leaving me to care for my dying 98 year old mother totally alone all day long. And neither the agency or the person let me know they were not coming. When I called in admin person (you will never speak with the owner and her phone number and address are totally unavailable) she tells you it is because "people don't want to work now", "you need to tell the person what time to be there and exactly what to do---make a list", etc. Or, in other words, always someone elses fault. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY---ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH A DYING PARENT-----YOU WILL ONLY ESCALATE YOUR PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!

Jennifer and all of the team at Assisting Hands take care of you! I was so amazed of the level of care and concern that was offered to me. If you need any help please give them a call because they will not leave you disappointed.
