        I checked in online with a 25 min wait. Arrived 15 mins later and was told it would be another 25-30 wait. The person did not care that I checked in online. What a waste of time. You lost me as a customer.

        I came to see Martha . Shes been there for long time. I really needed cut shampoo and my hair was bad from being sick. When I got better I went to see her and she helped me feel like a new person. I must go see her again before 2024 comes. I hope she still there the store is cool calm relaxing atmosphere the girls there are very nice. Yes theres times its busy and times where i got lucky n saw someone right away . Check in online or take a look at the wait time. Lots shopping in area if you have to wait to can go get food or shop at the store dont feel discouraged. Wait is worth it. Thanks Martha -Lilly V
