All I can say is wow and welcoming! Marlene was beyond friendly, funny and professional from start to finish. The store is immaculate, Marlenes station is immaculate, and I must mention her attention to detail. I havent received such an impressive point-cut precision haircut in years. My hair looks awesome and feels amazing! Thank you Marlene! I feel gorgeous! And thank you Great Clips Oro Valley for being so awesome and employing such talent and professionalism! Go here! Ask for Marlene! You wont regret it!

Ashlee was excellent and gave me a quick neck trim. Thanks to Online Check-In with the Great Clips app, I only had to wait for a few minutes. My only issue is that I had trouble finding this location because the sign was hidden by a small tree in the parking lot. Thanks!

This is the second time my son has had his hair butchered at this location. He likes his hair longer but I like him to keep it out of his eyes. So we asked for a trim shorter so it wouldn't be hanging in his eyes. I don't know the stylist's name but she cut it completely uneven, it's not blended. He looks like Jim Carrey from dumb and dumber. She cut straight across uneven bangs more than halfway up his forehead. After he was done, he told me that she was the one that cut his hair so badly the time before. I didn't realize it was the same woman. We will never come back.
