This is the second time I have ordered from this company and the second time I have been sorely disappointed. I found out about this company in April of 2020 this was when the world first shut down and online ordering went haywire It was a Groupon advertised monogram per special The price was killer the products looked wonderful and I had ordered a few other things from Groupon in the past weeks so I tried them. Very bad idea I ordered my products April 27th with expected 7 to 10 business days shipping and the company kept sending me fake tracking numbers after I started emailing and complaining five and a half weeks later. I went through Groupon to put in a complaint and a dispute to which Groupon said well we will give you a credit to use on Groupon and that was not working so I called my credit card company sent them the copies of all the emails with the fake tracking numbers and they gave me back my money immediately! Much to my surprise as soon as my card company took the money back 4 days later the purses I ordered arrived. They were beautifully made and well-crafted. So I chalk this experience up to the pandemic and the company being overwhelmed with orders to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to April 9th 2021 I received an email again from Violet Fox advertising new purses and specials so I decided to order my mother two purses for mother's Day of 2021 which was May 9th 30 days away, this time the company didn't even have the decency to send me fate tracking numbers they just did not respond to any request to find out about my order where it was if it was made or to refund my money. So again I contacted my credit card company turned in all the missing correspondence and again my money was returned to me immediately. This time I filed a complaint with the better Business bureau I don't know what this company's issues is but they are most definitely one of the worst places I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. If you can't produce and deliver in the time frame that you a lot on your advertisement then you need to change that window people get upset when they are given a specific set of criteria and they agree to that set of criteria and you don't deliver this company is into breaking their own contracts which is criminal in most people's eyes. No harm no foul lesson learned You try to give people the benefit of the doubt and second chances and you learn they're not worth it.
