        I was having a pair of pants altered. The machine for the stitch was not working but the alterations person was able to do a fantastic job with another stitch. I talked with several people about the situation and the pants were ready for the time I needed them. I was very pleased . Thank you

        The people I interacted with were fabulous and the dress was ready before the time quoted. Unfortunately when I picked it up I noticed the tie on the back was missing. They found it for me so that was great but when I got home I realized there was a golf ball sized patch on the right breast area where all the beading was missing. The dress is now trash and I never even got to wear it. I wouldn't recommend bringing anything in that is beaded.

        Everything was nice and quick. Got it back next day. Would give a 5 star, but the last couple times I have come to drop off, the front desk girl is so impersonal. No smiles and no customer service skills. Smile and comment when someone is speaking to you even if you are not having a great day!
