Get pricing in writing before you leave this place. ***UPDATE: Ironically the owner just responded (3/26/24) saying $143 was the correct price, when my post clearly states I was charged $143 PLUS a $45 deposit. So the owner has admitted I was overcharged, in addition to a snarky comment graciously accepting thanks that I didnt offer. Also, to be clear, it is not the price that was the problem. It was that I was charged more than I was quoted upon drop off.*** I was told it would be a flat rate of $120 when I dropped a (cheap) wedding dress off to be cleaned. The only cleaning it really needed was some spray tan on the spaghetti straps. I thought that was a pretty hefty price tag, but regular dry cleaner wouldnt do it so oh well. I paid a $45 deposit and upon pickup was charged a RIDICULOUS additional $143.50. At that price (almost 50% of the original cost of the dress) I shouldve just gotten the straps replaced. Total robbery and very disappointed considering the high ratings.

All they are is a drop off they send everything out they don't have any equipment to do anything. Just take to a cleaner who has the equipment to do the job

When I first moved to Gilbert from Laveen I was afraid I wouldn't be able to replace my old clearners i and one and accident found this clearners and have been very happy with their work
