        Wells has closed several banks and taken out atms. This bank is now the closet to our house

        I am a server and I live off tips and I saved a bunch of tips to turn in. The girl was new named Jessica and was immediately rude and didnt want to help me. She then took 20 minutes at the money counter to tell me it doesnt work and she cant help me. Please get better bank tellers please I been banking here for 10 years.

        Poor customer service, come on Wells Fargo get your stuff together!!! I made an appointment to close my account and they put me on the wrong day. Here I am appointments all day , busy business owner here to knock it out and they put me on the wrong day. She didnt even offer to reschedule me.
