        I went here to get money through the drive through teller and specifically asked the teller for to give me 20s 10s 5s and 1s and it took forever to get greeted and then she said yeah so smaller bills I get it back and she gave 5 20s put it back and sent it back and it took forever to get greeted again. The lady had long black or brown hair and it was a guy the second time I wouldve went through the atm a may as well had

        I have been to this bank 4 different times to try to change my name.... I got married 9 months ago and this is the only place I have no been able to change my name because they make it such a pain and no help is ever available. Yesterday both bankers were going to lunch, why would they go to lunch at the same time leaving no one to help customers? This location is awful.
