I dropped off my truck on a Saturday after business hours and Matt the manager called me on Sunday morning letting me know they had started the work we decussed and it would be done in a few hours. It was and the truck is running great!

10/10 Service! My tire wasnt keeping Air and PSI gauge wasnt clocking any consistent mesures. I was very worried about my car and received mixed opinions from other mechanics when they examined my tire. Nervous to reach another dead end, I went to Big O Tires for another review. Being very out of my comfort zone I was greeted and helped by Louie. They gave me wonderful service answered all my questions and found a nail in my tire that several other places missed. They fixed and patch my tire free and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Will be recommending them to everyone!

Came in with a sudden flat, they helped me and checked to see if they could just patch it. Unfortunately it wasn't so they helped me out with getting the spare on no cost. Thanks again guys

Where do I start? I mistook this place for some place else. When I go in they pretended like they couldn't find my appointment. Which raised a red flag and set off an alarm. Then they start talking to me about pricing and packages. I don't appreciate this company. Trying to steal me away from somebody else. I had plans and an appointment. So in the future, think about that when anybody walks through your door and says the things that I said today. If you're frustrated with the one star, then think about the actions of your employees today, that was dirty what they did.
