        The guys are super friendly and helpful. Both times I got there right before closing and still got great customer service. They are good about letting you know if there is a relevant deal, and their prices on batteries have been better than Autozone, O'reillys, and Walmart.

        My husband went in and shared a few items of concern with the service parts rep. He told him he needs to, "Slow dow, his ADD wasn't messing with him." Then continue to be rude to him. My husband was trying to be patient with his unproffessional continual jabs, then finally had his own words with him and asked for a manager. He goes here frequently and has never been treated so disresptful before. To the auto part employee....If you hate your job, go do something else. Poor customer service is not acceptable. We all have bad days. You don't get to take it out on customers. When my husband ask to speak to the manager, the auto parts rep kept coming back up and being argumentative. I would request a regional manager to review the video. It was a disturbing experience.
