Got here at 4:15pm. Shop closes at 7. Lady at the desk says they cant take any more people because she and another tech are leaving and there is no one else to just purchase a tire. I didnt even need to mount it i just needed the tire. She says she cant help me and pretty much said "too bad you should have gotten here 5 min earlier and i could have helped you" with a smirk on her face. Walmart you need better people working for you. Id give 0 stars if i could.

Worst, slowest service ever. They used to be so good. Showed up at 7 am, employees didn't arrive until 7:15, I was the 3rd person and there were 3 mechanics. Took an hour and a half. Service: Oil change

Do Not Waste Your Time Like I Did. I got there at 6:45am knowing they open at 7am to be 1st in line which I was. They did not even open their doors until 7:15am. Observed the techs getting to work at 7:10 & 7:12am. Finally got checked in at 7:20am and went to walk around the store, came back at 8am and my car had not moved, I observed the 2 techs both working on a car that got there at 7:20am. I went and asked the man Robert at the counter what was going on and he had no clue. Got my car and drove to the Walmart in Mesa and was done in 20 mins. The Walmart on Market St. in Gilbert is a joke.
