Marcia Turner, the Executive Director was amazing!!! She was so kind and helpful from the start. I called to schefule an appointment and she was so helpful walking me through the process. We came in to tour and she showed us around the community and we had lunch. It was absolutely delicious. The community was absolutely beautiful.

Eternal Spring of Gilbert provided excellent care for my sister. Marcia Turner and Linda Petty were compassionate and understanding in the memory care unit during a very difficult time for our family. The support staff were especially helpful to us. We never doubted my sister was being cared for well. Thanks to everyone who gave us support at Eternal Spring.

Our loved one was in this home for 3 months. We were concerned for his welfare and installed cameras. Our concerns were validated and we removed him within a week. Be cautious with your loved ones- especially with high needs for care and dementia.

We moved my mother into Eternal Spring of Gilbert Memory Care after interviewing numerous facilities. From the moment we toured, I could see that everything about the entire place was top notch. The facility was extremely neat, clean and all of the employees were very friendly and personable. The head chef runs a extremely tight and organized kitchen with a well balanced variety of dishes. The staff that schedules and runs all of the activities for the residents is great and they do a fabulous job keeping everyone involved and engaged. Marcia, the Administrator and Linda, the Memory Care Director due a fantastic job of managing and seeing to the special needs of all their residents. The entire staff is one of the most helpful and caring group of associates that you could ask for to assist your loved ones.

As a former Employee at Eternal Spring of Gilbert, I enjoyed my time there on Staff and loved working with my fellow enployees. I was a great joy to work and care the Residents in the Memory Care Unit. The syaff takes great care to meet the residents needs in a daily basis, as well as encouraging them to engage in daily activities. I would not have left but my Husbands job moved me out of state.
