        I would not recommend any of Pinky Williams or Maria Alma Pagay's assisted living facilities, Mom was not taken care of according to my expectations, she was giving on a daily basis, cookies, waffles/pancakes/crackers and water. there is a case open with the Adult Protective Services. I paid December in full; mom was asked to be removed from the home on December 5, 2023, and I'm still waiting for a refund. San Tan Valley Assisted Living @ 35750 N. Belgian Blue Ct, San Tan Valley, AZ. When looking for a facility for your loved one, please ask who the owner/manager/entity name which is filed with the AZ Corporations commission. Please DO NOT TAKE your love one to any of their facilities.

        Everyone enjoys a family like atmosphere at this facility. The staff are very attentive to the residents. Whatever the patient's needs are, they provide the necessary care.
