So far has been a great place to live! Nice apartments and a quiet community. Every time I need to talk to the leasing office, Christina in particular is always very friendly and able to help quickly answer my questions.

I am very happy living here. Love my apartment, I have great neighbors, it's usually pretty quiet and low drama. I love this part of town. Christina works super hard to make it feel like a community where you belong. At least monthly events, food trucks, and little touches everywhere that show she cares about the people who live here and want us all to be well and happy.

Like many of the other reviews Christina is by far one of the rudest most unprofessional office management staffs I have dealt with. She is not honest extremely condescending and aggressive but will accuse you of being the aggressor . Ive avoided making a review to stay away from any retaliation while living here but cannot keep from speaking up anymore.
The units here are very cheaply made, the issue is not with maintenance as they are quick to come fix the issues but more the quality of the initial build. They are extremely overpriced compared to the quality of products used to build. As stated in other reviews walls are paper thin you will hear running stomping , banging, music , jumping up and down basketball dribbling and much more and they will tell you its normal apartment noise but its beyond excessive and in all my apartment living over never had to complain about noise like this. Christina will reply to this review by saying her attempts to resolve my noise issues but unfortunately that is not true. They are not in office during these hours of excessive noise or do not answer the phone and wont stay later to further investigate noise, so your right for a peaceful living unfortunately will not be full filled in this community unless you are lucky enough to have considerate neighbors, which could be possible they are many kind people who live here!
In any interactions I have had with Christina she is extremely rude, passive aggressive, Lacks any consideration or empathy, Has no regard for the amount of money you choose to spend In a community where you will be treated poorly. The rest of the front office staff is extremely kind, Maintenance is very kind and efficient Not as fast as prior maintenance who would address maintenance concerns immediately (same day) but still do a good job.
We had an issue With our AC leaking it started from the time we moved in but they continue to blame us Im not changing the filters even though it happened from the beginning when we first moved in one particular time the AC broke and leaked into the bedroom they brought fans in to dry it out but didnt bother to change the carpet or shampoo the carpet resulting in water stains which Im sure will be blamed on us. Our AC still does not work properly and Im almost positive we have mold as a result of the AC leaking through the walls as theres always a weird still smell and the apartment is extremely humid And AC has to be kept very low to keep the apartment semi cool.
The Community is supposed to be a smoke-free community but reeks of smoke and marijuana all the time.
Positives are this is great location, and a safe community, But there is an old southern sayin of the proof is in the pudding and Christina is clearly the common denominator in why many choose to leave this community. The price of living does not match the quality that you receive and is definitely not worth the headache Of Christinas Unorthodox antics . You will be better of finding an Apartment Community that will respect you and treat you with kindness and appreciation For the amount of money that you pay while renting.

This place is like home, its beautiful comes with all kinds of neat amenities, the staff Christina, Lauren, and Allysha are super duper, they are so nice and willing to help out with anything you need, they have special parties for any occasion just for their tenants. If youre ever in the neighborhood come check out this beautiful property, you wont regret it.
