        The Doctor gave us a quote for surgery of $2500, paying $500 on that day. The rest due on surgery day. We'll, I go up to pay and its over $2700..I said what we were quoted etc. I had the $2,000 with me. This other vet tech goes back and she said we could pay on Friday. That's straight up lying to people. Unreal. Get YOUR QUOTES IN WRITING. WHY WOULD YOU LIE ABOUT THAT? Then she gave the vet tech a totally different range. You know you lied and I'm debating on what to do. Putting us in an awkward position such as that also.

        Fantastic vet clinic! Ill never take my pets anywhere else! They saved my dog Murrays life after he ate something he shouldnt have. The aftercare has been great as well. They truly care about their patients! :)

      We are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your service. You were given a written estimate the morning of surgery with a varying price range depending on how long your dog's very complicated surgery took the surgeon. Our technicians reviewed this estimate with you and you signed it before we admitted your dog for surgery. We apologize if you felt mislead, but a written estimate was in fact provided for you.
