I utilized Optimum since 2020 without any issues. Apartment flooded. Moved temporarily. Continued monthly payments despite not utilizing services. October- Optimum services disconnected. Cable was literally cut! Thanksgiving day I was able to move back into the apartment. Called to restore services. Technician installed 2 boxes, which he states, “one is a ‘set top box’, the other a ‘cable box’ so when switching from cable tv to apps. the sound changes so tv has to be turned off then back on. Ridiculous! Monthly service used to be about $134, now it’s about $169! WTH?! I’m going to cancel services in January. Incompetent, greedy, rude, and dishonest customer service. Zero Stars please.

After much research I chose to (a) upgrade my I-phone and (b) switch from Verizon to AT&T/T-Mobile to take advantage promotional savings. Optimum sales personnel in Flagstaff - David, Antonio (A.J.) and Ariana provided the sales and tech support. Unfortunately, they are skilled in sales and totally incompetent technically.. I strongly encourage anyone to avoid this store until employees are trained or replaced.

I loved it. Great new location & good shaded dog area, & Reuben ( floor salesman ) is very very friendly and knowledgeable, as is the sales lady.

I would not recommend this internet provider. I am currently the only person in my apartment with nothing connected to the router but my computer and there is constant blackouts. If youre able to. Id recommend getting century link or AT&T and avoiding this internet provider.

Flagstaff has no options for internet services, we as consumers have no choice but to select Optimum. These companies know that thats why the cost & customer services are horrible! ..Perhaps thats why they have an Class Action Settlement toward Optimum!
