My experience as a customer the last 3 months has been very frustrating. The service this company charges me $98.00 a month for includes a landline I am forced to maintain as a requirement to have the DSL service and my $69.00 a month ADVERTISED 3MBPS DSL line. What I am actually receiving is between 500KBPS and 1.5 MBPS down and a very unreliable upload rate that is nearly dial up speed. The latency on my upload time makes this service nearly useless as websites usually timeout before I am able to pull a page due to this flaky service. This is a FOR PROFIT company providing an expensive service to the Hopi Nation. I have had three different Modems and the service has not improved to the point of calling it reliable or acceptable. This is unacceptable and shady as a practice to charge for what is clearly impossible to provide. The employees have all been friendly and helpful at the Keams Canyon office but the issue is much more serious and borders on misrepresentation of what is truly being offered to the Hopi Nation.
