        Saw a deal online about trading in my old iphone for a new iPhone 15. Jay helped us out, he was really nice and easy to work with. Answered all my questions and was upfront with all fees. Ended up leaving with a new phone within 30 minutes which was amazing with us having a baby and all.

        I had to replace my iPhone10 which was euthanized around 745 pm near closing time. Caleb hooked me up with a new model and walked me through everything patiently well after closing hours to make sure I was all set up. He also did an excellent job of suggesting promotions but in a very respectful non pushy not sales pitchy way. Ive dealt with a lot of retail customer service people in my day and Caleb was easily in the top 1 percent for customer service of all of them. Possibly the best ever, or at least tied with my favorite bartender from 30 years ago who was also great. Highly impressed. He was outstanding
