303 BnB Inn Flagstaff Hotel /Bed and Breakfast

Stayed for two nights in early March. Service and accommodations were wonderful. Kim anticipates and meets all needs and requests. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler, and I cannot wait to return on my next trip!

A wonderful BnB, everything perfect, welcoming and with attention to the smallest details to make you feel at home. The landlady is kind and thoughtful, prepares a fantastic breakfast (for two days she also prepared me a super gluten-free breakfast). The BnB is located a few minutes drive from downtown Flagstaff in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. In short: "home away from home"! Rooms: Spacious, comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, with attention to every detail Food & drinks: The owner prepares a fantastic breakfast and it's also gluten-free!!!

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast with Personal Touch in the heart of Flagstaff, AZ. We stayed in the purple room and were amazed by the range of amenities offered, the personal care offered by owner Kim, and the cozy decor of the room and entire place. We chose this BnB because of its reviews and were not disappointed; I would highly recommend staying here to others and will definitely keep in mind for any future travel to the area. 303 BnB is fantastic. We were here 6 nights in over 3 different stays. We stayed in 2 different room (green and purple). Both were great. It is very comfortable and felt like home to us. We enjoyed visiting Flagstaff and also used it as a jumping off point for our stay in Las Vegas after traveling on Route 66 and the Grand Canyon. The owner, Kim, considers every detail of your stay and is a real professional but is also very personable. We felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend as we left. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The best breakfast weve had on our entire trip throughout the Southwest. We highly recommend this place.
