Overpriced mediocre motel with extra fees. You're paying double for the "Hilton" brand name and nothing else. Parking is $8. Why? It's not downtown, it's not covered, it's not even gated and guarded. It's just a regular suburban surface lot in a strip mall with a gas station by the highway. What a rip. They do nothing for Hilton Honors members. No welcome gift, no upgrades, no waivers for the fees. (Diamond) Inside, the rooms are middling. Loud in-wall heat/AC units like all cheap motels. Ugly blue-tinted "daylight" bulbs in the rooms like a hospital. No HBO, no Netflix, only basic cable and extra-fee on demand movies. Loud hallways and thin walls. To be fair, the rooms are a good size and the beds are comfy. However, there is nothing here worth over $200/night. The Sonesta down the block is half as much and has bigger rooms with kitchens, for example. Or pretty much any place in downtown Flagstaff in the $90-150 range is the same as this, but you can walk to restaurants. The only thing making this place this price is the Hilton name. Pay double for that if you want, but I won't be. Safety: Parking is $8, but there is no security Walkability: Not walkable. Highway offramp strip mall. Food & drinks: Terrible coffee
