Rodeway Inn Flagstaff East Route 66

The room was dirty and had black mold in the bathroom. Needed to be painted as well. I do not recommend staying here.

Stayed there almost a month ago. Rooms were decent. Now almost a month later I am getting a charge to our bank account for a one night stay, after we had already paid for our room a month ago when we stayed. Call the hotel and the person that answered was of zero help. Told us he would handle it later, wouldnt take my information or my name. so after several phone calls and very little assistance from the person working I am now going to have to go thru the bank to dispute the charge. Feels like a scam. Do not stay in this hotel.

SH!T HOLE... With an attitude to boot... FD was ready and willing to cancel my reservation at check-in without penalty. Why? No warning about Deposit when booking online on the website. No requested second-floor room available. On a Monday? At a Rodeway Inn? No respect or recognition for Diamond Member status. The room, after deciding NOT to cancel: * Old, old, old furniture. * Dirty, dirty, dirty. * ONE hand towel, two bath towels, two washcloths, for a room for FOUR people. Had to BEG for more towels. Those that were brought were very stained and grey, with the texture of sandpaper. * No Kleenex. Begging then for an extra roll of TP accompanied the towel-begging. * Shower curtain was disgusting. * TV volume would not go above a certain level. * Room never really got warm, and the bathroom was freezing as it is a separate room in back with a drafty window. * Heard EVERY move above me from the second floor guest. * O.M.G... Take off your F-ing cowboy boots! * NO breakfast at all and I am assuming that the scant coffee condiments in the caddy were turned toward the wall to deter(?) guests from partaking in the measly coffee-offering in the lobby. Not an American-run motel... Will never, ever stay again.
