I was finally able to get out. So I had my long hair trimmed. Wow it really needed it. My hair Stylist was very courteous and listen to me while we were discussing what/want to be done. She knew exactly what should be done without pushing me for something else. Then I asked for someone to help me choose new my makeup. The colorist listen to what I wanted and showed me choose what I needed. I had required cruelty free brands. I didn't know that there was so many brands which I never experienced that at other beauty clinics. I highly recommend Ultra.

Jesse is amazing, I've been going to her for about a year. She is professional and educational (which is really important to me as I don't know a ton about my own hair). I have lofty hair goals and she always makes it happen! Every time I leave her chair, I get compliments for weeks.

My sister was in town and looking for a haircut as her barber of 20+ years has been radio silence since February. She has challenging super-curly hair and cares about the styling deeply. Jesse was fantastic both in making her feel comfortable and with the skill of the work performed.
My sister has been following strict COVID recommendations and felt comfortable with system that Pin-Ups has in place.
