        I was hesitant about going to this salon because it had so many bad reviews but decided to make an appointment anyways because I desperately needed a haircut. I have never in my life been disappointed by a haircut before but I cried after this one. I do not know how someone who does hair professionally can mess up so badly. I ended up buying a pair of shears from target and tried to fix it myself (which actually made it better) but now I'm waiting until I have enough money to get it fixed professionally. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

        Had an appointment scheduled on 1/23 They changed their days/hours without notifying me and now I no longer have an appointment. Terrible terrible customer service!!
