      image Unfortunately, not a great experience, $90 for an assessment service call that took 15 minutes.
      The technicians stated they had never worked on a wood window restoration before, and would usually just replace it. They weren't able to do exactly what we requested, but offered a different option that wasn't something we were interested in.
      Most contractors in town would refund when unable to provide the specific work requested. They declined to provide a refund on this service charge and stood by their assertion that $90 was a fair price for a 15 minute assessment. This is worth knowing before you try them.
