Over the course of a month: Called and scheduled for an appointment for a broken window replacement at my house-NO CALL NO SHOW. Called again, said they would call me back to schedule another appointment, they NEVER DID. Winter is now close Called again, they said they would call me back- they NEVER DID. Now winter is here and Im replacing my own windows.

William and Devon from Clayton's Glass came out and fixed two window frames at my home and they did excellent work. Clayton's has been more than accommodating and were able to fix frames that other companies that we contacted were not able to fix. Thank you for your professional work. I would definitely recommend them for your glass and frame needs.

I had 8 Milgard windows installed in my home at Munds Park by Clayton. The office staff was wonderful and the installers were good except for one problem. During the sales call I advised the rep I had ADT sensors on 3 of the windows and asked if ADT need to to be involved. I was told they wouldnt be needed. This is my 2nd home so the next day drove to Phoenix and ADT advised me one window was sending a error signal. A week later ADT came to my house and fixed the sensor, it was installed upside down by the Clayton installer. Clayton didnt want to pay for the trip charge of $60, I offered to pay 1/2 Of the charge in good faith. 2 weeks later Clayton offered to come out and re-install the sensors. I couldnt wait until it was convenient for Clayton to come to my house . When you work with this company write everything down as they did not backup the salesman word regarding the alarm sensors.
