Best buy usually does really good and I never have anything to complain about... that being said I drive for 4 hours yesterday to buy a laptop and 120$ in gas later I get home with my new laptop just to find out it's already been used and damaged. As soon as I opened the laptop it popped up with someone's else's name and account information and has been damaged.... now I have to drive another 4 hours and another 100+ in gas just so they can replace the same laptop.... think this will be the last time our family buys from best buy. Open up small expensive items to make sure they aren't selling you used and damaged goods the way they did to me.

Sooo much better than buying from Amazon. Store staff are friendly/helpful, they sell brands you've heard of, you can see products before you buy, you can buy online and pick up in store... seriously glad Best Buy has survived as a retailer.
