Poor service. Doesn't respond timely, left me immunocompromised with COVID and neglected to get forms turned in to get antibodies treatment or respond!

I got to take full advantage of services with naca employee Anna. I actually only came into to apply for benefits for ahccccs but she went on to help me apply for other assistance too! She is full of knowledge, very graceful and very welcoming. She literally has an app(lication) for what you may need. My situations were complex but she ensured to take her time to understand and provided her guidance with fluent expertise. Thank you for having her as an employee.

The patient benefit coordinator anna is very welcoming and extremely helpful! I cannot thank her enough for helping me get on ahccs benefits after my employer let me go from my job.I took losing my job and medical benefits hard and kind of lost track of things in life. Anna listened to me and helped me create a to do list, helped me apply to help and jobs, and explained things always in a positive way and that helped me alot. And a major plus is she is not like the other mean indian health service workers, she is very kind and non judgemental. She even helped spiff up my resume, provide enoucragement and now I am back on my feet,. THANK YOU!
