5 Stars I highly recommend T3 for any construction project. I recently had my gym (Fitness Collective) renovated and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Cody and T3 were professional, reliable, and efficient. He kept me updated on the progress of the project throughout, and he was always willing to answer my questions. We had a highly compressed timeframe being that it was a commercial job and we were trying to keep open for our members as much as possible. The finished product is exactly what I wanted, and I am so happy with the quality of the work. I would not hesitate to use T3 again for any future projects, commercial or residential. Here are some of the things that I appreciated about them: The team is extremely professional and highly skilled He got creative with our wishlist and gave multiple options with budget in mind. Very responsive to my calls and emails. Always on time for appointments. They kept the work area clean and tidy. He was very patient and understanding. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend T3 to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor. Cody is a true craftsman and he takes pride in his work. I am so glad that I chose him to renovate our gym. T3 built our house so they performed many of the listed services in tandem. We interviewed a good many builders in the area, but Cody/T3 gave us a great hands-on feel. Many builders these days are focused on strictly the investment aspects of home construction, we just needed a home built and T3 performed that for us brilliantly.
