We were so fortunate to connect with David in 2021. Our family purchased a home in Flagstaff and subsequently decided to sell land we had intended to build on. David was our agent for both transactions. I cant say enough about how responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and supportive he was through both. His level of communication with us was absolutely the best - he was quick, thorough and proactive. Lastly, because he is so well respected in the town, he is very connected and liked by the agents in the community which then leads to more referrals when you sell. There is no other agent I would refer to my friends and family looking to buy or sell in Flagstaff than David.

David is a natural at buying and selling properties, an excellent and patient listener, someone who cares a good deal about the needs of buyers and sellers, and an exceptionally confident, knowledgeable realtor. He found a buyer for my Flagstaff condominium quickly, and helped me purchase a house in Sierra Vista, AZ soon after. He had up-to-date answers for my many questions, especially those concerning all the paperwork, and got back to me in a timely manner without one exception. I recommend him enthusiastically.
