I was excited to try out this touch-less car wash in flagstaff after having tons of damage due to brushes at other local car washes. Having gone there three times, the first two the car came out beautifully. The third time the vehicle was still dirty, but the manager of the facility reached out to me right away and explained its likely a result of the crazy amount of sediment from the last two weeks of snow storms. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered me another wash to make sure my car comes out looking great. This is an automatic wash, so if you bring an especially filthy/muddy car through, it may require a bit of extra care. Definitely impressed by the immediate response from management to make sure I was satisfied and happy my car looks FRESH after a good wash.
