        Got sandwiched in between two cars in the car wash! Idk if the machine malfunctioned or if the car infront of me stopped but I was touched on both ends. There was very little space for error due to cars being close together. I filled out a paper with my info and the manager said he would get back to me within 24/48hrs to tell me what went wrong. He never did and I was never told what happened. My guess is they brushed it off because Im a young women. Definitely not going here again..

        The machine scratched my back rim. I haven't noticed because of all the snow. Since it's been a lot warmer, I had time to check. Finally, this is the only place I can think of that touches my back wheel. At home and at work, I don't park near any curb. Its a clean scratch as if it's from a machine

      We're sorry to hear you experienced issues with the quality of your wash at your most recent visit to Clean Freak.In between car washes, it is common for minor imperfections to become more visible. Only after a car is clean can the imperfections become more noticeable. Our locations use a foam material that is sprayed with soap and water, keeping them well-lubricated and free of debris. The imperfections experienced would not have come from our wash equipment.
