Chase Bank

Everytime I go in, lately there is a new teller probably 2 months into the position, this guy has given me misinformation and the other day went out of his way to give me a dirty look well do it again buddy, and I'll report you to your manager.

I used to love this bank so much when I first got an account here. Since then its gone downhill a bit, especially since Covid. You cant do anything in person, aside from visiting a teller unless you schedule an appointment. This is typically is a 1-2 week wait. If you only need a quick notary, I find this silly to have to wait so long. The tellers who I have communicated with have always been friendly. The vibe inside is so dreadful compared to other banks that are lively with music playing. The atm machines in the drive through area are consistently having issues. Wont take cash deposits, having error codes when you try and get money out. Its very frustrating. I am only giving it 3 stars out of 5 because of how friendly the tellers are, and because of how good the customer service folks are if you have to call in.

My 18 year old daughter went to open a savings account here the other day. The banker insisted she get a credit card because of the cash back rewards. I'm furious. No! A broke college kid with no job doesn't need a credit card. Shame on you Chase!
