      • Smooth Criminal

        Banker Chris is not communicative. Sat there for 57minutes while he closed an account. My business took 3 minutes. He should let folks know so they don’t waste their time. Had problems before with Wells Fargo that’s why I switched banks. Poor service

        Poor customer service!!! I waited over an hour just to see Christopher Gentry... So he can notarize a piece of paper for me.. I got impatient and accidentally sign without his present so I requested if I could have a blank sheet of paper email to him he refused.. he was not able to help me. That was the most bad customer service I've ever received from Wells Fargo. This experience reminds me why I do not like banking with them.
