I have been going to Heaths for the past 10 years and they have always been kind, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. They speak to me as a peer, always break out and document the work that needs to be done, and keep me updated on the work as it happens.

The only thing I would have wanted to see is an update on the condition of my vehicle for what state everything is in (brakes, tires, fluids, belts).

Knowledgeable explanation, common sense approach as in lets fix this one thing first and go from there, instead of dealership ordering a bunch of parts and replacing them all at great expense whether needed or not. Very satisfied. Went back in for an oil change. Shuttle driver called to say he was on his way, so I went outside and waited 45 minutes in the cold wind for the shuttle driver. I remarked I was "frozen to the bone" and he said he was at his NAU class. No apology. Figured I'd try them again. Called on Mon for a Fri afternoon oil change. Jeffery said they're a "full service shop" and can't schedule an oil change. Have to drop off at 7:30-8am and they'll get it done by close. Said I can't wait 45 mins in the cold for shuttle driver again and his response was, "maybe you should go to Jiffy Lube." Alrighty then. Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic
