    On a Sunday, I brought my car to this location since it was one of the few places open. Initially, they conducted a pressure test and claimed nothing was wrong despite my concerns about the check engine light and coolant levels. After insisting, they reevaluated and identified an issue with the radiator, providing an estimate and ordering the necessary part. However, the lack of communication and delays led me to take my vehicle elsewhere after five days of waiting with no timeframe. The new company I went to resolved the problem promptly and maintained clear communication with me throughout the entire process. Despite this, upon picking up my car from the new company, I discovered that the engine cover was missing, and they informed my car didnt have one on when I brought it in. After several tries to get in touch with Seven Day Auto, I managed to connect with them on the third day and verified they did indeed have my engine cover. Following our discussion, it was apparent that they were aware of having the engine cover but did not make any effort to inform me they had it. The overall experience over the course of 5 days + with Seven Day Auto left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated, and I wouldnt recommend their services due to the unprofessionalism and poor communication I experienced. 4/6 Update: The engine cover I received from them was incorrect as it did not belong to my vehicle. I had to contact them once more to request the correct engine cover that was mine, and return the one that they gave to me, which actually belonged to a different vehicle.

    I needed some work done on the weekend because I work Monday thru Friday and it was difficult finding a good TRUSTED Mechanic.. I gave these guys a call and they got me in quick and very affordable. Also later they did Warranty work as well which was another AWESOME Experience. I Highly recommend Seven Day Auto.

    We were driving fromMinnesota to California, we stopped at the Grand Canyon for a day. When our engine light came on. They took us right in and fixed the problem, the mechanic said there was an issue with our front axle. We had them fix that and originally was pleased with our service and gave them an extra $50 to buy lunch for the crew. Three weeks later the driver side front wheel collapsed. Apparently they didnt tighten the bolts on the shock they had to move when they replaced the axle. Fortunately it happen in a parking lot, if on the freeway at seventy miles an hour, I probably wouldnt be here to leave this review. I reached out telling them about not tighten the bolts, no response. My drive back to Minnesota I stopped every two hours checking the bolts, so it was a long stressful drive. When I returned to Minnesota, I had our mechanic check things over to makes sure I wouldnt have any problems. It seems they damaged the seal when putting the axle in, damages the ball joint and the shock assembly was damage. Which changing one side, need to do the other side. So I paid seven day auto $644 + $50 tip, then I spent $2100 have the damage fix from their incompetent work, which could have resulted in my death and I imagine a lawsuit for there negligence
