Bailey Chavez was lovely, she was professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable, I could not speak more highly of her. Me and my husband loved working with Bailey, she was very patient with us as first time home buyers. She made herself available to answer any questions we might have and worked around my husbands schedule for showings. Bailey found us the perfect house in Clarkdale and negotiated to put us in a more comfortable position. From when we first started considering buying a house until closing everything has gone smoothly thanks to Bailey. I would highly recommend Bailey to anyone for any real estate need.

Working with Bailey was an absolute joy! My husband and I moved from out of state and Bailey was with us every step of the way. We seriously could not have done it without her! It was a wonderful experience to work with Bailey! We started working with her in June 2023. She is so understanding of the needs to which we were focused on. When we exhausted our searches, she came up with the one that we ended up purchasing! Bailey was able to assess our needs and wants from our prior conversations and really listened to us while we were viewing homes with her. Bailey didn't stop looking for us as she was working behind the scenes to get us into the home we love. We were trying to find a home in AZ while living in another state, so you understand the process was not easy, but Bailey kept in touch with us quite frequently to update us all the way up to signing. She did a great job of looking out for our interests when speaking with the seller's agents. She had helpful checklists to guide us through the closing process, and then moving into our home. Bailey is experienced, understanding, thorough, great communicator, fun, happy and sincere in her words. We are so grateful for her work for us so that we get to enjoy this new adventure!
