Not only did she have a list with homes to view that best fit our family, but also told of area attractions, schools, shopping, and important county & state details for homeowners. When it was time to move again, we never thought to call anyone else! As with the purchasing of a home, she was just as amazing with the sale of our home. After six months of market time with another realtor we relisted the house with Karen. In a short time she had two competing offers and we closed a little over a month later. She was very helpful, I felt comfortable working with her and she went out of her way to make sure the deal went through in a timely and professional manner. She knows the Verde Valley market well and gave us a lot of good advice and assistance.
